Our plastic profiles are made by means of an industrial process called “extrusion”.
Plastics extrusion is a polymer casting process that enables the production of continuous profile sections such as tubes, rods, and plastic profiles of various types for different uses in different sizes. Different materials can be used in the extrusion process: rubber, thermoplastics (pvc, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, abs, nylon…) and each material is suitable for specific uses.
PVC profiles are undoubtedly the most popular and widespread. Through the extrusion process of grain, we can produce things such as guides, profiles, rigid and flexible tubes, even very long ones wrapped in coils.
